Paul Faronbi is a Certified Maxwell Leadership, Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. He has a passion for leadership and loves to mentor students in STEM. He is the founder of NALA(STEM). He has hosted a podcast called IncrediPaul Leadership for over 3 years which is now globally ranked. In the podcast, he talks with incredible people doing incredible things, so we can become the most incredible versions of ourselves!

Paul started his LSAMP journey with a summer internship with IINSPIR in 2014. This laid the foundation for his career. He has his Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University. He is a co-founder of IINSPIRE-LSAMP Alumni Committee and a Founder of NALA(STEM). Paul has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies in a variety of roles and is currently the CEO of IncrediPaul which empowers the professional development of students and young professionals in STEM.
