Paul Faronbi is a Certified Maxwell Leadership, Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. He has a passion for leadership and loves to mentor students in STEM. He is the founder of NALA(STEM). He has hosted a podcast called IncrediPaul Leadership for over 4 years which is now globally ranked in the top 10%. In the podcast, he talks with incredible people doing incredible things, so we can become the most incredible versions of ourselves!

Paul started his LSAMP journey with a summer internship with IINSPIR in 2014. This laid the foundation for his career. He has his Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University. He is a co-founder of IINSPIRE-LSAMP Alumni Committee and a Founder of NALA(STEM). Paul has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies in a variety of roles and is currently the CEO of IncrediPaul which empowers the professional development of students and young professionals in STEM.
